1) Who We Are
This Site is owned and operated by Gilguard Financial, LLC (“Gilguard Financial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). For personal information collected through the Site, Gilguard Financial is the data controller (under GDPR/UK GDPR) and the business (under CCPA/CPRA). For certain services we provide to our clients (e.g., bookkeeping, advisory, and tax-related services), we may act as a service provider/processor and process personal information on behalf of our business clients pursuant to a written agreement.
